How can I participate on Almanis?
There are three ways, chose one or chose them all . Make a forecast: we ask you a question on the likelihood of a certain event, and you provide an answer. Simple. Write a comment: explain the logic behind your forecast, or perhaps recommend an interesting article for your fellow forecasters to read. This is another way to make your voice heard. Suggest a question: if there is a future event that you’re interested in or you think is important, and we don’t have a question on it, then suggest it.
What will it cost me?
Almanis is free to join. In fact we pay you money the minute you sign up – it is however virtual money or points as we like to call them! When you join you are given 1,000 points. These points have no monetary value, but you use them as a way for you to express the strength of your opinion. Your points pot goes up the more accurate you are at forecasting. Points help you get onto the leaderboards where you can earn financial prizes.
What kind of subjects can I forecast on?
Anything and everything. We have a specialised team of curators who develop questions on everything from election results or interest rate changes to infrastructure developments and legal settlements. We even have a section on the lighter side of life to balance things out. You can also suggest questions of your own.
How am I rewarded exactly?

There are leaderboards and badges to ensure that everyone has a chance to win, and we distribute a substantial prize pool each month.
